Welcome to NeverForget. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeverForget mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by MMInfoCare ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using NeverForget, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

NeverForget is a tool designed to help you manage reminders and track various life events. You are responsible for any information you input into the App. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that notifications will always be delivered on time due to device-specific settings (like battery optimization) or network issues.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• Free Version: The free version of NeverForget allows up to 5 active reminders.
• Premium Subscriptions: We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans that unlock unlimited reminders, cloud sync, and other premium features.
• Payments: All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

3. Cloud Sync and Data

For Premium users, NeverForget offers Cloud Sync to keep your data synchronized across devices. While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of MMInfoCare and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMInfoCare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
